Coleraine Off Campus Accommodation
Cromore/Atlantic Court, Coleraine
This modern development of apartments and houses are directly opposite the main entrance to the campus, and are beside the railway station, giving ready access to the rail network. Each apartment/house has oil-fired central heating (included in weekly charge) and has its own washing machine/dryer for students to share. Electricty is supplied at additional cost via key-pad meter.
Free onsite car parking available.
This accommodation offers a greater degree of independant living off campus whilst being adjacent to the facilities of the university.
Agherton Student Village
Agherton student village is a modern development of apartments and townhouses in Portstewart, approximately 3 miles from campus. Transport to/from campus is readily available by bus from the main entrance to the development. Free on site car parking available.
Accommodation takes the form of two, three, four and six bed houses or flats. Students share accommodation with 3, 4, 5 others (depending on the unit configuration).
The cost of heating and internet access is included in the charges, and electricity is supplied via key-pad meter. Students are responsible for their own heating/electricity consumption. There is a central launderette available.
Maple Lodge
A small development of 84 bed spaces close to the twenty four hour computer labs , South building library, the Students Union and the Sports centre.
Washing machines are provided as standard in each kitchen. The weekly rate includes the cost of heating and internet access and electricity is provided by key a pad meter.
Free car parking is available.
