This is a big issue when your living on campus or on your own so its important to Self Interrogate if you are leaving the house, ask your self:
- Where am I going?
- How am I getting there?
- How am I getting back?
- Am I prepared for changes of plan?
- Have I let people know where I am?
- Always try and be aware of your surroundigs (people/place)
- Try to be accompanied by a friend if you are going anywhere.
- Trust your instincts- DONT LET YOURSELF BE A TARGET!
