Students wishing to apply for accommodation should do so online here. If you are a presessional student arriving during the summer for English language tuition then you can apply for accommodation using the application form available from the International Office website. All other students should apply for accommodation online.

ARRIVING EARLY, PRE-SESSIONAL OR BRIDGING COURSES

If you need accommodation before the start of the new academic year, for example if you are arriving early to complete an intensive 6 week English language course before the beginning of your course in September,you should download a form for Coleraine, Jordanstown or Magee using the links above.  The form will present you with a box to tick if you are attending a pre-sessional course, or you can use the Other Preferences box on the reverse of the form to indicate the date you need accommodation from.

Download an insurance claim form:

If you wish to claim for any loss or damage within University of Ulster accommodation, you should first of all check out the web pages of our insurance providers. 

Please click on this link www.saxoninsurance.com/SupportDocs.asp. You can download a claim form via the web site. If you are submitting an insurance claim, please quote the Policy No  SSB 2709, and send it to the address on the form.

 You will be asked to provide an invoice for any damages, and/or receipts for the amounts involved.

Also be aware that you will be required to pay any excess on the policy yourself (this is detailed in the policy documents), and that certain expensive items will NOT be covered by the basic policy unless up have topped up the cover.  These includes items such as laptops/computers, sports equipment/bicycles, and musical instruments, etc.
