Short Term Lettings/ Summer Vacation Accommodation
The University's three residential campuses at Jordanstown, Coleraine and Magee Campus (Derry) offer excellent facilities for vacation or for short term letting.Whether you are a student or a casual visitor, if you need somewhere to stay during the vacation period, while you are working/on placement, carrying out research, or completing your dissertation, or simply need accommodation for a short term, then one of our campuses may suit. All University of Ulster accommodation is self-catering, however, you can get meals/snacks at canteens, snack bars or shops on campus or nearby.
Select the link below to view a list of our current residential fees schedule and to download a Short Term application form. Once completed, the application form should be sent to the Residential Services office at the campus of your choice.
Accommodation may also be available during the academic year, depending on what vacancies exist. Please note that the minimum booking period is 7 nights. Confirmation of your booking application will be sent to you, and is subject to availabililty.
