Accommodation Enquiries
Please note that students who have already applied for accommodation will be contacted directly by Residential Services. Once you have been accepted onto a course of study at the University, Residential Services is notified and will then process your application by making you an accommodation offer which will be posted to you. It may take up to 5 working days after you have been accepted onto a course of study for your accommodation offer to arrive. Please do not contact the Residential Services office by telephone or in person until at least 5 working days after you have received confirmation of a place of study as the staff are busy processing the applications.
Students that have not applied for accommodation to date, but would be interested in applying, can download an accommodation application form from the following web page www.accommodation.ulster.ac.uk/forms.html. Please note that accommodation applications will only be processed once you have been accepted on to a course of study at the University. All applications should be completed in full, signed, include 3 passport size photographs and £100 booking fee. Please ensure that you include your UCAS number which should begin with an 08. Once you have been accepted on to a course of study it will take approximately 5 working days for your accommodation offer to be processed and posted to you. Please do not contact the Residential Services office by telephone or in person until these 5 working days have passed as the staffs are busy processing applications.
